Repost from

In the last 15 years of shooting races, nothing has moved me more than the raw epic moments at the finish line.

The motion, the suffering, the pure grit it takes to run 100 miles through the mountains to hurt like hell and still push across that line is absolutely incredible. Having finished 50 plus ultras myself, I feel every emotion these runners carry in those final steps: the exhaustion, the relief, the joy, the tears, the unbreakable bond between runner and crew.

These photos are not just images. They are proof of what the human spirit is capable of when it refuses to quit.

Run Rabbit Run 100! Are you ready to find out what you are truly made of?
This is an encounter with some of the most breathtaking, wild mountain ranges on earth. It tests you from the very first step, forcing you straight up the mountain to run along the ragged edge of the Continental Divide. But the true reckoning comes at Fish Creek Falls, which is a brutal and hyper technical descent that demands absolute focus from tired legs and a weary mind.

This course will break you down, but it will also build you back up. It is, without a doubt, one of the most punishing yet deeply transformative journeys on the planet. Are you ready to toe the line?

Greetings, Bunnies and Turtles!

Couple things : First, just a reminder that we are partnering with The Runner Health Consortium, a team of leading sports medicine doctors and researchers from across the US, to help better understand how training patterns affect injury risk and performance.

Eligibility:
You must be 18 or older, a resident of the United States, comfortable completing online surveys in English, willing to use Strava to track your training, and planning to participate in a road or trail race of 10K distance or longer in the next 6 months. Even those on our watch and waitlist (and we expect most of you to ultimately get in) are eligible!

To Participate You Must:
Take a 10-minute baseline survey about your race experience, health, and training plan.
Complete quick 3-minute health surveys every 2 weeks during training and 1 week after your race.
Log or sync your training on Strava (privacy settings are up to you) and grant the study team access to your Strava data.

By participating, you'll contribute to a study that could revolutionize training for a race and prevent injuries for you and fellow runners in the future. Also, the first 5,000 runners who meet eligibility requirements and register for the study will receive an entry to a raffle for a $50 gift card each time a health survey is completed.

Click here to learn more and enroll: www.runhealthy.org/study Questions? Contact the research team: [email protected] Plus, you will have access to the results of this study!

Hey Rabbits! 🐇 We’re stoked to partner with our hometown friends at BOLD. Born right here in Steamboat Springs, BOLD gets the grassroots grit it takes to take on 100 miles of mountain dirt, whether you’re a top-tier elite or an everyday grinder.

They also make killer trail sunglasses at a price point that actually makes sense. The ultimate hack for the RRR course? Their photochromic lenses. They automatically adapt to changing light conditions, giving you clear vision whether you’re weaving in and out of the trees or pushing through the night. 🌲🌙

Word on the trail is we may have some limited-edition RRR shades dropping soon... stay tuned. 👀

For now, get your training gear dialed. The BOLD crew is giving the RRR family 10% off with code RRR10.
