Northland makes a hand-crafted, wood carving ski designed for high speed, controlled carving, and du Northland is a ski company that originated in 1911.
They changed the face of skiing by being the first to build an all-mountain ski for the public, finally speed-driven designs were not just for racers. Today, Northland hand-crafts their sksi in the mountains of Steamboat Springs, Colorado, blending the iconic all-wood look with a modern carving design that includes, raised sidewall’s and aggressive Reverse Rocker technology (camber), resulting in a whole new way of interlacing ski functionality: fast, interactive, controlled, and responsive.
