Jr Boot Camper consists of basketball players, swimmers and runners! These kids are going to destroy the competition!

Our program incorporates two types of workouts: Running 🏃‍♂️ and Cross Training 🏋️‍♀️.

Our running workouts are focused on improving the ability of runners to get faster and run further. The cross-training workouts will help you remain injury-free and stay healthier overall!

We have cross training classes and organized runs for a wide range of runners. We have walkers as well as all pacing groups from 12 minute milers to 6 minute milers!
