The life cycle of the salmon on the Kenai river is an amazing thing to see firsthand. Lots of pink and sockeye salmon are still spawning and quite a few have already completed their mission to spawn. The trout and Dolly Varden are fat and happy right now.

We have a love/hate relationship with pinks. Trout fishing on pinks years can be epic but you have to put up with incidentally catching a few pink salmon. Humpty dance!🕺
Do yourself a favor and get yourself a dehooker or make one. This particular one is an ARC dehooker.

🐕‍🦺Chaos Update🐾
Chaos is a strong willed pup with determination & high spirits! He continues to improve slowly on a daily basis. Right now we’re working with.
✔️ UTI w/ multiple antibiotics
✔️ protein deficiency with further testing
✔️ bowel and bladder involuntary incontinence (Lives in diapers ‘ depends)
✔️ weekly laser treatments
✔️Vet Appointment with Dr. Grady next week.
Chaos continues to improve daily and hopeful for his small wins🙏.
We still get asked about ways to support chaos. We do have a GoFundMe page, Venmo, and appreciate all the goodie bags we received for chaos during his recovery.
