Fitness Survey: Building Muscle Tops Weight Loss as Primary Focus for 2023

Every year, we look forward to hearing about our community's health, exercise habits, workouts and other Healthy way of Life insights in our annual health and wellness survey.

This year, building muscle was named the primary focus for the year ahead, and the majority (56%) of respondents claimed morning as when they prefer to get their workout in.
