Salmon Burgers - Quick, easy and delicious protein option when you’re trying to stay on track but don’t feel like meal-prepping or cooking. Great macros at 15 grams of protein, 3.5 grams fat, and 3 grams carbs.

Find what you love to do and find ways do more of it. I think this is my greatest advice to being active and getting/staying fit. It doesn’t have to be hours on a treadmill or the weight-room. If you love yoga, dance, hiking, biking, nature strolls, playing soccer with the kids… just do it and relish in how good you feel afterwards ☺️. Also, fun never feels mundane or like work.


Try this back day written for a nice sexy and sculpted back. Hitting different fibers of the lats with a mix of strength (hypertrophy) and muscular endurance 💪.
