Two tennis courts = Six pickleball courts.
We just wrapped up this conversion in Fredericksburg VA. Looks like you'd have to be really skilled to keep the ball in play flanked by so many nets but the existing tennis nets and a short side fence provide a very nice boundary for the new courts! Pickleball Anyone?

The tennis "clubhouse" is nearing completion and the much needed electric service upgrade has been installed at Cosca Regional Park. The new Farley Air Structure is going up!

Recent project to relocate light poles from the back court playing area and place landscape barrier around the perimeter of the courts. Resurfacing the courts with cushion coatings will have to wait until Spring because of the cold temps. Court lights were converted to LED with Global Tech retrofits…

New Farley Air Structure being unloaded in PG County. The Tennis Community at Cosca Regional Park will enjoy a much needed "Bubble" upgrade, with new HVAC units and state of the art LED Lighting from Best Lights.
