One of the latest equipment we have here at Underground Athlete is the K-box which brings flywheel training into the picture. This allows you use concentric action when pulling into the strap and also has you apply eccentric muscle force as it’s pulling you back down. It can be used for various muscle groups and going back and forth makes this exercise seem endless! When done right, it can be quite a burner 😏 #riseup
