We had a visit from the FPYC eagles today. It’s a team of young soccer players that want to learn proper form and technique. As they get older and want to become stronger in their sport, it’s essential to learn these things to become better athletes. It was a fun day!

We had an incredible experience at the GoApe Aventure in Springfield over the weekend. It was a day of ziplining and scary obstacles to get through but we pulled this off as a team! Nothing beats hard work along with laughs and awesome memories!

One of the latest equipment we have here at Underground Athlete is the K-box which brings flywheel training into the picture. This allows you use concentric action when pulling into the strap and also has you apply eccentric muscle force as it’s pulling you back down. It can be used for various muscle groups and going back and forth makes this exercise seem endless! When done right, it can be quite a burner 😏
