Do you feel like life just keeps getting in the way? You have all these goals but you just can’t find time to go after them? You want to get in better shape but you also want to have a fun summer?

We’re not going to sit here and tell you to give up your summer and come to the gym 6 days per week. BUT… if you keep putting it off, it probably isn’t going to happen. Start small! Make it in 2 days per week and let that momentum carry you into the fall! It’s the Pete time to 💧
