These two recently started their taekwondo journey in our afternoon homeschool group! Next up: earning their white belt. 🥋

We offer an opportunity to train/learn taekwondo in the afternoon Tuesday and Thursday (starting at 1pm) that work great with homeschooling family’s schedules.

We train a variety of ages and skill levels. There is something so special about the adults that train with us. Working around life schedules, kids/family, work, school, sickness, injuries, or just plan exhaustion.

Still, it is important to make time for ourselves. Give ourselves the chance to challenge our bodies and focus our spirits in order to show up our best.

In this photo, we have adult black belts between ages 20-50. I have trained with them for years. Growing together. Building a wonderful community. The dedication, perseverance, and indomitable spirit in this photo is hard to explain with words: you just have to come and experience it.

This is your invitation. Come kick it with our adults Monday and Wednesday evenings starting at 7pm. 🥋
