As most of you already know I have sold my studio to Ashley Labore. I will be joining her at her new location, as will Linda and Gina. We plan to bring the same great classes to you and so much more. Hello Natural Balance Nation: Gov Walz has just announced that we can reopen gyms and studios January 4 th. This will be our plan. Stay safe during the holidays and return in 2021 to start the new year off right. We will mostly keep our normal schedule expect I will eliminate the Tuesday 10:20 mat class. Thursday 10:20 and Saturday 9 am will return as will most reformer groups. Please send me a private text, email or note on FB to let me know what classes you would like to rejoin. Thanks for your patience and Happy Holidays. 2021 will be GRAND !!

Hi everyone, per the governor's order we will be shutting down the studio for at least 4 weeks, sad to say. I will post another message on this site when I know if we can open mid December. I will be working on filming some 30 minute mat class sessions starting next week. Watch for them here on FB. Happy Thanksgiving to all and be safe !!

Saturday Mat class is back..new time 9:00

We are BACK and the studio is up and running. Please join us on the next two Saturdays for a free mat class. Class starts at 9:00. If you are new to pilates, just come a few minutes early.

Great News! Just announced that we will be able to open up next week June 10th. I will be changing some of the start times to allow more time between classes to maintain social distancing. I am in the process of contacting most everyone via text or email but please reach out to me to get on the schedule. Previous classes that started at 8am will begin at 7:50 and 9:15 classes bumped up to 9:00. Please call me with any questions. See you soon !!
