The Warrior Ruck is TOMORROW at Anthem! 🎒⚡️

We are so excited to move together in support of the incredible work done by Warriors Next Adventure. Here is everything you need to know before you arrive:

⏰ Kickoff: Promptly at 8:00 AM (arrive a little early!)
📍 Parking: Tight! Carpool, bike, or park across the street if you can. There are ~12 spots behind Anthem on Stillwater Blvd. DO NOT park at the CarWash—they will tow!

🥾 What to Expect:
A ruck is simply a weighted walk. Tomorrow's route is ~5 miles (about 2 hours). Pick the movement option that honors your body and the spirit of the day:

Unweighted 5-mile walk

Weighted vest, rucksack, or backpack

This event is about honoring those who have served, not about being unable to walk next week—choose the weight or option that’s right for you!

🏷️ Patch Update:
Due to shipping delays, Warrior Ruck patches will arrive on Monday, Sept 14th. We apologize for the delay! Non-members can coordinate a pickup time with us next week.

ANNUAL WARRIOR RUCK IS BACK

Anthem is proud to team up once again with for our Annual Warrior Ruck in support of an incredible Minnesota-based non-profit: Warriors Next Adventure! 🥾🎒

🦅 Who Is Warriors Next Adventure?
Warriors Next Adventure () is a MN-based non-profit dedicated to helping combat veterans heal from PTSD and transition back to civilian life. They provide veterans with purpose, camaraderie, and adrenaline-based outdoor recreational trips (from kayaking and mountain climbing to hunting and fishing)—proving that healing happens when veterans stay connected and active together.

📍 Event Details:
🗓 When: Saturday, September 12th at 8:00 AM (NOTE DATE CHANGE)

📍 Where: Anthem / Stillwater, MN

💰 Registration: $30 (100% of profits go directly to Warriors Next Adventure)

🔥 TODAY AT 4PM: MOBILITY FOR THE ANTHEM ATHLETE 🔥

This isn't your standard, generic yoga class. 🧘♂️⚡️

This exclusive 60-minute recovery flow was meticulously designed by our very own Anthem Athlete, .hatalla, specifically to complement our programming. She knows exactly which muscles are locked up, exactly what your joints need after a brutal week of training, and exactly how to restore your movement capacity.

🔥 THE FIRST-EVER ANTHEM HYROX SIMULATION IS TOMORROW! 🔥

The months of hard work since May all lead to this. Tomorrow morning, our athletes are tackling either the 3/4 HYROX or going FULL SEND! 🚀 This is the ultimate test of your engine and the perfect roadmap as we head toward HYROX Nashville in December.

Here is what you need to know before you arrive:

We are running in strict waves. Arrive early to complete the self-led warmup on the board so you are warm and ready to roll exactly at your start time!

📋 THE LOGISTICS
Track Your Time: You’ll get a personal clipboard at check-in to track your station order and times. Course maps will also be posted on 3 whiteboards inside and outside the gym.

Coach Support: 3 coaches will be on the floor to keep you moving, enforce movement standards, and ensure your sleds are loaded correctly.

Timeline: Expect a ~90-minute finish time if you’re doing the full 8 stations!

Looking for a fun, active, and encouraging environment for your kiddos this fall? Registration is officially OPEN for our 10-week Fall Kids Program!

We focus on building strong, confident kids through functional movement, games, and team-building—all disguised as pure fun!

🚨 THE RUNNING HATER’S GUIDE TO HYROX CAMP 🚨

Thinking about joining our HYROX Camp this Sunday but terrified of running? Let’s clear the air. HYROX is a 80% running, but more importantly it’s 100% about building an unstoppable engine.

Whether you’re training for a race or just want to level up your fitness, here are 10 reasons you need to be at Anthem this Sunday (especially if you hate running):

Try these three simple tips to navigate the weekend like a pro:

1️⃣ Start your day with movement. 🏃♂️
Hit the July 4th Freedom WOD or go for a morning walk. Getting your heart rate up early sets a positive tone for the rest of the day and gets your metabolism firing.

2️⃣ Prioritize protein at every meal. 🥩
When you hit the backyard BBQs, fill your plate with the good stuff first—chicken, burgers, or steak. Keeping your protein high supports recovery and keeps you full, making it easier to skip the mindless grazing.

3️⃣ Focus on moderation, but enjoy your life! 🍹
Healthy living isn’t about missing out or feeling restricted. Eat the food, have a drink, and make memories with your crew. It’s all about balance, not perfection.
