Hello Alumni! Exciting winter apparel announcement - we want to do a general staff flannel this year! They would be $45 each, with our 2022 logo on the left pocket with “staff” embroidered above it (see the makeshift mock-up a la model Kelly below). I can attest that they are SUPER cozy! Happy early Thanksgiving, HPR staff alumni! We are here with some exciting news - over the last few years, we have held an annual Hidden Pines Ranch "Winter Day" for campers and staff to come together and experience snowy camp activities. It's filled with boot-skating on the frozen pond, snowman-making, winter dodgeball, and so much more. This year, we'd love to extend the invite for our staff alumni to participate as well! Here are the details:
Monday, December 27th
12:45-1:45pm: Staff members arrive & prepare materials
1:45-4:00pm: Winter day with campers!
4:00-5:00pm: Hot chocolate & catch up with current and former staff
Things needed to participate:
1. A completed background check, or a copy of one done within the last year
2. Proof of vaccination against Covid-19 or proof of a negative PCR test completed within 72 hours of the start of the event

Hello HPR Staff Alumni! I hope this message finds you well. We've been doing or best to connect with campers as they shelter in place with our "Stay On The Sunny Side Project" (check our our IG page her_insta) and virtual camp sessions on Fridays.
New this week, we are having past and current staff offer activities to campers via Zoom. Tomorrow at 4:30pm, camper/counselor alumni Charlie S will be leading Zumba. On Wednesday at 3pm, current staff member Noah C will be teaching campers how to make pretzel bites.

Job Title: Field Service Rep (field based)
Position Summary:
Conduct sales visits to Tier 1 & Tier 2 customer locations. Duties include meeting with key contacts (Administrator, Executive Director, Director of Nursing, Business Office Manager) at group customer locations to reinforce and sell McKesson value prop, facilitate on-boarding and initial customer location ordering , support key sales initiatives as directed by SAMs and Tier 2 National Account Managers, manage utilization and formulary adherence, particularly with customers using a PPD pricing model and support McKesson Brand and other product conversions. FSR will also coordinate with SAMs and Tier 2 National Account Manager to capitalize on incremental sales opportunities (equipment).
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Calls to Group Customer Locations
• Execute sales calls on group customer locations as directed by National Accounts team.
• Sell and reinforce McKesson value prop that has been sold to the corporate office to the group customer locations.
• Support customer on-boarding by making presentations to key people at customer locations during the first 30 days of the customers start date.
• Introduce new products to field locations as driven by product conversions and formulary changes directed by the corporate office.
• For PPD Customers, educate key personnel at customer locations and influence them to drive lower product utilization and adhere to the product formulary approved by the corporate office.
• Determine any customer satisfaction gaps at customer locations and resell value prop as needed.
2. Sales Expansion
• Sell products to locations as allowed by customer agreement. (equipment, housekeeping products, Specials)
Minimum Job Qualifications:
Education/Training –
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred
Business Experience –
• 2 years relevant experience preferred, ideally in a customer selling situation.
Specialized Knowledge/Skills –
• Adaptive and solution based sales approach to working with customers/sales teams
• Strong and persuasive communication skills, ability to influence and drive customer behavior to and predetermined objective.
• Strong consultation and communication skills; able to sell McKesson value prop and collaborate well with a diverse range of people at customer locations; tactful, professional, and flexible
• Able to thrive in a dynamic environment and navigate organizational complexity and change
• Professional, engaging and confident demeanor
• Detail oriented with good problem solving skills
• Good reasoning abilities and sound judgment
• Ability to work autonomously
• Understand technology and customer ordering systems.
• High level of computer proficiency using MS Office applications
• Willingness to relocate for career growth a plus
• Able to travel up to 3-4 days per week

Environment (Office, warehouse, etc.) –
• Home Office environment with frequent travel (limited to no overnight travel)

HPR is seeking a full-time Horse Co-Director/Counselor. This is an ideal position for someone that loves working with both kids and horses.
Horse director duties include: caring for, feeding and tacking horses, as well as providing basic riding lessons for campers ages 5-16 (must be at least 18 or graduated from high school)
Camp Counselor duties include: serving as a primary camp counselor for a group of 8 campers, leading fun activities, as well as providing a safe and enjoyable summer camp experience for campers.

Last Thursday former HPR counselor Patrick Hueller came to camp for a “Meet the Author” afternoon activity. Campers read his “Stu Stories” book for the week prior to his visit. It was such a great opportunity for campers and staff!
