I know this is controversial in some nutrition circles but…

using AI to estimate restaurant meals has genuinely made tracking feel SO much easier for me and my clients.

And before someone says “but it’s not perfectly accurate…”

I know. That’s not the point.

Because for most women I coach, the goal isn’t becoming a human calorie calculator.

The goal is building enough awareness to make better decisions and stop the cycle of:
“I can’t track perfectly”
“so I guess today doesn’t count”
“I’ll start over Monday”

So when I eat out, I’ll literally snap a photo and ask AI to:
- estimate calories/macros
- help me portion meals
- suggest what to log
- help me fit it into my day

That’s exactly what I did with this BBQ chicken pizza + prosecco 🍕🥂

And no… I’m not doing this because I’m obsessed with tracking.

I’m doing it because awareness gives me flexibility.

It lets me enjoy date nights, trips, restaurants and still make progress.

I can’t believe this is becoming an unpopular opinion… but I guess it is?

Telling women there’s no room for snacks, treats, drinks (LIVING) while working toward fat loss feels like we’re going backward.

Tell that to the woman who has a significant amount of weight to lose and a long road ahead.

Tell that to the postpartum mom who’s drowning just trying to survive (which sometimes means eating her kid’s snacks and making frozen pizza).

Tell that to the woman who spent years restricting and binging and is trying to heal her relationship with food.

You do not have to eat chicken, broccoli and rice every day to lose fat.

You do not have to cut out all the foods you love.

You do not have to give up alcohol because you’re in a calorie deficit.

You CAN learn how to find balance.

For me and my clients that looks like:

- building high quality meals that keep you full and satisfied

- snacking smarter and more intentionally

- pre-planning to set your busiest days up for success

- learning to say “no thank you” more times than you want

AND ALSO—

- building in ice cream after dinner just because you enjoy it

- having a cocktail with your spouse after a long week

- snacking on chips (and a turkey stick) at your kid’s ballgame because convenience matters too

- accepting that slightly slower progress in the name of actually enjoying yourself along the way is a trade off worth making

I’ve achieved my healthiest, strongest, most confident body this way.

And I’ve helped over 1000 women do the same.

If you want a behind-the-scenes look at how my programs do it differently - the method, the results, the FAQs, and why women tell me it finally clicked 👇

I almost didn’t post this.

Because this page isn’t about money.

And if I’m being honest… sharing something this personal gives me anxiety because I never want it to come across as “look at me.”

But then I thought back to younger me…

…sitting in a bar in college hearing someone talk about an online coach and thinking, wait… people actually do that for a living?

…and quietly dreaming that maybe someday that could be me.

I thought about being laid up after two major hip surgeries and deciding to get certified in nutrition.

I thought about making my husband hit “post” on my very first Instagram announcement because I felt like I was going to throw up from nerves.

I thought about my first clients - crying behind the scenes because I couldn’t believe people trusted me enough to help them.

I thought about launching my first group program and only 4 women joining… and feeling like such a failure.

I thought about the years that followed. The growth and the momentum.

And then having my son and watching my business take a huge dip.

Feeling completely lost in motherhood. Trying to figure out how to balance both and feeling like I was failing at both.

I’m not an overnight success. This took years.

Years of continuing to show up.
Years of believing in myself before there was proof.
Years of helping women get incredible results (because impact has always been the whole point).

Years of pivots.
Setbacks.
Plateaus.
Hard seasons.

And I know health and fitness journey prepared me for all of it.

Everything I learned through changing my body:
-grit & discipline
-trusting the process
-showing up even when motivation is low
-thinking long-term
-not letting one hard season define me

…carried into every other area of my life.

Getting in shape and feeling good in my skin didn’t just change my body.

It changed my standards.

It changed what I believed I was capable of.

And that quite literally changed my life.

So yeah… I’m proud of the milestone. Not because of the number.

But because of what it represents 💛
