Today, Stoughton Firefighters Local 1512 pauses to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001.

We remember the 343 FDNY firefighters who made the ultimate sacrifice that day, and the thousands of others whose lives were taken alongside them.

In the days, months and years that followed, we learned the stories of the helpers. Firefighters, police officers, first responders and civilians who ran toward danger, carried strangers to safety, guided others through smoke and darkness, and in many cases gave their own lives so someone else might live.

Their courage showed us the very best of humanity on one of our nation’s darkest days.

We will never forget those we lost, those who answered the call, and those whose acts of courage may never be fully known.

The Stanley Cup visits Stoughton Fire!

Jorge Alves, a 1997 graduate of Stoughton High School and Head Equipment Manager for the Stanley Cup Champion Carolina Hurricanes, was kind enough to bring the Cup by the station for a photo with members of Stoughton Firefighters Local 1512.

We’re getting closer to the 3rd Annual Stoughton Firefighters Local 1512 Golf Tournament

Join us Thursday, October 8th at Brookmeadow Country Club in Canton for a great day of golf while supporting Stoughton Firefighters Local 1512.

Registration begins at 8:00 AM with a 9:00 AM start.

$600 per foursome, with lunch included.

Scan the QR code on the flyer or search on Venmo to register. Please include the names of all golfers with your payment.

We also still have Hole Sponsorships available for $250 and are accepting raffle item donations.

Our City ordered and purchased two new fire engines more than four years ago, and they are finally here. Unfortunately, instead of being delivered to the firefighters of Local 926 and put into service protecting our community, they were driven to Connecticut and showcased at a truck show at Mohegan Sun.

Meanwhile, our firefighters continue to operate and respond in run-down, aging apparatus.

Enough is enough with these truck companies. Our firefighters and the residents we protect deserve better. These engines were purchased to serve the City of Revere—not to sit at a truck show while our members continue putting their lives on the line in outdated equipment.

Teddie is a remarkable girl in town that was diagnosed with a cancerous brain tumor at a young age. Teddie along with her family and friends have been inspiring us for years with their lemonade stands, and many fundraisers! Let's help Teddie’s Tribe continue to spread those good vibes and support this vital cause.
