we reached an incredible milestone: (we celebrated 20 years in the fitness industry! That's 20 years of changing people's lives. A lot of accolades within that timespan, spearheading, and fueling the CrossFit movement. Owning and operating our very own CrossFit Affiliation, in two locations, and the first in Connecticut). A lot to be thankful, and grateful for!

What was the last song that gave you
goosebumps?
For me, it probably was Michael Jackson (You rock my world). When it first aired, the song was an immediate hit! It was like a fresh air was being breathed back into music at the time! 👌🏼
