Couldn’t ask for a nicer autumn day for our last kayaking tour of the year.

I will be leading a hiking series in April, when the owls, spring ephemerals, and vernal pools celebrate the end of winter.

And stay tuned for next year’s kayaking tours starting in May/ June with the azalea, mountain laurel, and catalpa blooms, bird migration, beaver watching, astronomy tours, ecosystem explorations, swallow migration, and leaf peeping.

Yesterday was a gorgeous day to be out in the water with Cromwell Recreation Department and Wallingford Parks and Recreation Department!

Last tour of the season will be Sunday, October 25th at Messerschmidt Pond Wildlife Management Area in Westbrook. See registration link in the comments.
