Extremely proud of Lauren Snyder, who is representing SHS as a State Officer at the Thespian Leadership Conference! 🎭💙

For the past two years, SHS had the privilege of attending this conference, watching them grow as leaders, artists, and advocates for theatre. Unfortunately, that tradition looks a little different this year, and we were not able to attend as a group.

We are incredibly happy that Lauren still has the opportunity to represent SHS and the program that so many students and adults have poured their hearts into building over the years.

We are very thankful to all the individuals who donated to our fundraiser in conjunctions with the SHS Band Dinner Fundraiser tonight at the Eagles -and to the families and friends who helped oversee the dessert table. It was a great success we salute you all for your support!!!👏👏👏👏👏👏 🎭

⭐️DAY SIX OF CAST SPOTLIGHTS!!!⭐️

🎭 Meet Ray Yanek, our Felix Geisel!
Ray is making his VP debut—and his stage debut—as Felix Geisel in The Game's Afoot. When he's not rehearsing, Ray enjoys reading, creative writing, and spending time with his cats.
Ray's favorite part of the production has been the people. He says, "I love working with the cast and crew—so talented, welcoming, supportive, and so fun. I could not have asked for a better first stage experience." We're thrilled that Ray chose VP for his first production, and we couldn't have asked for a better addition to the cast. He has been fantastic to work with, and audiences are going to love watching him bring Felix Geisel to life as the mystery unfolds!

THE GAME'S AFOOT opens on August 6th and runs through August 9th. All performances are at 7 PM with doors opening at 6.

🎭 Meet Lauren Snyder, our Aggie Wheeler!
Lauren is returning to the VP stage for her seventh production and has appeared in 17 shows overall. When she's not performing, Lauren enjoys playing the trumpet—a talent that brings its own special kind of music and creativity to her life.
Lauren's favorite part of The Game's Afoot is the intricate detail woven throughout the show. She loves how everything is so carefully connected, with each piece adding to the next and making the story even more interesting. With all the twists, turns, and surprises this mystery has to offer, Lauren is excited to bring Aggie Wheeler to life and help audiences discover how all the pieces fit together!
