Older Tekota's 300/500/600 came with fiber drags, not carbon fiber. They flex and squish out under pressure. Get a set from Tuna's Reel Troubles. Real carbon fiber, more surface area.

Okuma Mag 20/30 reels have issues with this the right side plate bushing. It can wear out and mess up the spool shaft. Wobble can lock up the spool, cause premature wear on pinion gear/main drive gear. Simple fix to stick a bearing under cast control cap. I put one in every Okuma Mag 20/30 on my bench. Prevention is easier and cheaper.
