No matter what level you’re at, you’re always learning!
Rebounding is a low-impact, full-body fitness class performed on individual mini trampolines (rebounder). And no, it’s not the kind of jumping that makes you fear for your pelvic floor 😌
This class uses controlled, grounded bouncing (think gentle lift and return, not childhood trampoline chaos) combined with intentional movement to build cardiovascular endurance, core stability, balance, and coordination—without high impact on your joints.
Rebounding supports lymphatic flow and nervous system regulation through rhythmic, repetitive movement that feels energizing but oddly calming at the same time. It’s efficient, effective, and way more fun than it has any right to be.
Beginner-friendly and accessible for all ages, body types, and athletic abilities. Intensity can be modified based on how you jump so whether you’re looking for a gentle warmup to get your blood flowing or a high intensity kick ass workout, this class is perfect for you.

2025 has been another amazing year at Mood. We (Shea & Alexa) wouldn’t be where we are if it weren’t for all our instructors and students. You are the heartbeat that keeps this studio alive. Meet Birgit♥️
“Birgit’s pole fitness journey began in 2010, where she discovered her deep passion for this sport.
She is a certified Polebatics instructor and flexibility coach.
She has collected an impressive track record of wins and awards all throughout Europe
• IPSF World Pole Sport Championship
• The European Pole Sport Championship
• The Hungarian Pole Sport Championship
• Slovak Championship of Air Power Athletics
• PSO Nationals Austria
Birgit’s journey led her to the United States in 2023, where she continues to inspire others through her teaching and participation in various competitions.”
Birgit is also a mom of 3 and just welcomed her sweet baby boy to the world and is now officially back from her leave! She will be teaching a variety of classes on Wednesdays and Thursdays including beginner pole, Lyra, and flexibility.

Time for a February Pole Party! Sunday, February 23rd @ 7:00pm. 1.5 hours of open pole. Come dressed up! Last party we were bold in pink and purple, this time all black is the theme. Let’s make it easy this month 😘
$15 per ticket. You can book on our Vagaro booking site by clicking the link in the bio of our Instagram or go to Vagaro.com/moodalternativefitness. Bring your own drinks and snacks. Bring your friends! This is a great time to show your friends what you’ve been up to in pole or even get them to fall in love with it just like you have. Our Open Pole parties are also a great way to get to know your fellow students and instructors in a more laid back setting. Come take pics and videos in our new neon lighting to show off on your social medias, or just to have for yourself. So got reserve your spot since spaces are limited!
