Day 7 Workout for Water. Final day for the 450 rep per day workout challenge for me. I stuck with the BODYCOMBAT theme and did some kicks! I’ll let you know how the legs feel tomorrow 😁. It’s all worth it though, it’s for a great cause. Thanks for following along and all the support! If you can, please donate at the following link https://workoutforwater.org/en/michael-pettinicchio. Any donation would be greatly appreciated and help out a lot! 💪💥💜🎶

Hey it's the first day of the month. Time to start. Cant, it's not Monday, got to wait till then, you know to start the week off right. Actually, I need a full plan and details laid out before I begin. Hang on is it New Year's Eve yet? Sound familiar? Its a mindset that I've fallen in to as well: waiting for the right plan, date, and upcoming schedule of events or Venus to be in the right orbit.
I challenge you now to change that mentality. Start now, don't wait. Your overall wellness needs you to. Even if you don't have your plan set or your goals laid out. Just start. Go for a walk. Take a class. Set your alarm 30 minutes earlier for tomorrow and read something positive to start your day. Do you need some help? Message me. Just know, my first question will be: did you start?

Be as excited and compassionate about your health and future as you are for a TV show. Change your thoughts, change your results.

Yeah Cornish Hens and Lamb. No turkey. The tradition shouldn’t be about the food. It should be the people you are with. And it shouldn’t just be one day a year. Be thankful daily for the lives you connect with and those that lift you up.
