Throwback to 2014 — our very first GCSAA show! 🏌️‍♂️🌉

Looking back at this photo, it’s hard to believe how much has happened since then.

That first GCSAA show opened the door to so many relationships, friendships, conversations and opportunities within the golf course construction industry. We’ve met incredible people, talked bridges with golf course builders and superintendents, and watched our industry continue to evolve.

And now, we’re counting down to a very special milestone:

🎉 On September 13, 2026, GCSAA officially turns 100 years old!

We’re proud to have been part of this community and grateful for everyone who has been part of the Links Bridges journey along the way.

How do you transform an abandoned railroad corridor into a multi-use trail when wetlands stand in the way?

At Tributer Resort in Virginia, Links Bridges helped provide the crossings needed to connect the Blackwater Creek Trail through the wetland areas.

Five bridges were delivered in May 2025, followed by another bridge for Cutalong Golf Course in May 2026.

We spoke with Gabe Scott, Project Manager at Tributer Resort, about the challenge and the story behind the project.

It’s a quick read, but a fascinating example of how bridges can help connect nature trails, wetlands, resorts, and golf.
