They made it through Districts, Regional Quarterfinals, Regional Semifinals, and now they’re headed to the Regional Finals!

I had my yoga assistant there to help me make sure they’re in tip top shape going into their games this weekend.

Hi yoga friends! 🧘‍♀️

I know it’s been a minute… I’ve been over here practicing a new & different kind of yoga 😅 (swipe to see my new “teacher” in action).

Between baby snuggles and private sessions, I’ve been taking some time away from teaching to reimagine what I want to offer this community.

10 years since my very first yoga class 🧘🏼‍♀️💕It’s flown by so quickly that I had to double check the date! 📆 😂 I’ve learned so much over the last decade and I continue to grow as a teacher with every single class. Thank you to everyone who has been there from the beginning and to those who continue to support me in my journey. ✨
