On Fridays Powerhouse wears Red

Starting this September Powerhouse Gym Stuart encourages staff and members to wear red on Fridays to remember everyone deployed overseas. It can be anything, a hat, shirt, socks or a wristband. Just a little something to let those deployed overseas to know we have their back and wish for their safe return home.

Meet the PHG Staff:
Hi everyone! I’m Kelsey! 😊 I’m the Gym Manager here at Powerhouse and the proud founder of Dynamic Performance Challenge , a dance competition and convention.
I’ve been an ACE-Certified Personal Trainer and Bootcamp Instructor for the past four years, and I have a huge passion for both dance and fitness.

I’ve always dreamed of being a leader and creating a positive, motivating environment for others, so getting to pursue leadership in both of these industries is something I’m incredibly grateful for every single day.

I love helping people feel stronger, more confident, and excited about what they’re capable of—whether that’s in the gym or in dance industry!

And for a fun fact about me… I have two different-colored eyes! 👀

We said “see you later” to our wonderful Leon! ❤️

After 19 incredible years with us, Leon is heading up north to be closer to his family and start a new chapter. While we are SO excited for him and this next adventure, saying goodbye is definitely bittersweet. 🥹

Leon has made such a lasting impact on our Powerhouse family and is so loved by our staff and members. He will truly be missed more than words can say!

Leon, thank you for 19 amazing years of memories, laughter, and being such a special part of Powerhouse. We wish you nothing but the absolute BEST on your new adventure! We love you and can’t wait to see what’s ahead for you! ❣️
