I’ve been thinking about this journal prompt I did a couple weeks ago , it was to write a letter to your future husband. I know, it sounds kind of cheesy, but honestly, why not? There’s something so sweet and romantic about it, For me, it turned into more than just a cute idea. It became this space to share my journey , especially what God’s been doing in my life lately.❤️ maybe this can encourage you do write a cute letter to your future spouse or current one!!

Tonight’s dinner: full of flavor and nourishment! turkey burger with quinoa, roasted sweet potato, a dollop of Greek yogurt, cinnamon, and a sprinkle of flaxseeds. So much fiber, protein, and goodness packed into one meal 🙌🌿eat good feel good

I really recommend reading this book. It talks about how people have all of these different ways of addiction just so they don’t feel their own feelings. News flash life can be painful. We all go through some sort of challenges in our life. It is up to us to lean into are discomfort and not numbing by doing anything other then feeling. If your a person who can lean into discomfort and grow deeper it grows you in so many ways you can imagine. The book is called the gift of imperfections.

Let’s start feeling good in our bodies, because what we eat is just one piece of the puzzle. I’ve struggled with anxiety and depression growing up, and I’ve learned that so much of it was connected to my food habits and how I treated my body. My hope is to grow Rissy Roo’s Yoga account on insta! And maybe even TikTok ,into a space where EVERYONE feels truly loved, supported, and welcomed. A place where people are inspired to show up as their most authentic fun loving selves, and maybe even start caring for their bodies a little more today, whatever that looks like for you.
