Good Morning,

This note is to inform you that we had a building official come into the facility and the end result is that the building is not up to standards to be occupied. We are currently packing up all the belongings and working on what happens next for this department. I will stay in touch via e mail. If you have equipment or belongings here, please e mail me and we will set up an appointment for you to come get it. Please note, this needs to happen quickly and beginning next week, if I have not heard from you, we will begin to get rid of it ourselves. Please feel free to let your students know. Village of Tequesta

The village had to permanently close the recreation center! So all programs are now gone!!

The very sad part is we didn’t learn this from the VOT. The news came from a parent who doesn’t live or work in the village. Thank you to that parent who gave me a heads up that we may be closed for good!!!

The village does not seem to have any plans for a temporary site that Inhave heard and I hope no employees need to be laid off with no programs to supervise or a very few Park events to plan.

I hope you all continue gymnastics somewhere.
