đĽ MEET THE TRAINER đĽ
Say hello to Angelina đ â the newest addition to the InGear Fitness team, and we couldnât be more excited to have her!
Angelina is a strong, athletic coach whose passion for fitness was built from the ground upâliterally. Growing up on a farm, being active wasnât optional. Early mornings, long days outside, and constant movement shaped her deep appreciation for hard work, resilience, and taking care of her body. That foundation sparked a lifelong commitment to fitness and taught her that true strength goes beyond the physical.
To Angelina, strength is about showing up for yourself every dayâwith consistency, discipline, and a focus on mental well-being just as much as physical health.
She believes movement is powerfulânot just for building muscle, but for building confidence and energy. Being active doesnât just make you strongâit makes you feel alive. That mindset drives everything she does.
Angelina holds her Personal Trainer Certification and CPR/AED through ISSA, along with her Fitness Class Instructor Certification from NASM. She continues to expand her knowledge through ongoing education and specialized fitness courses.
Her ultimate goal is simple: to help people feel good about themselvesâinside and outâwhile building strength, confidence, and a sustainable love for movement.
