Erik Klinger James Erick Saulsberry Something popped last night while rolling in the lower side of my ribs. Found this on reddit and its pretty much exactly what i felt. https://www.reddit.com/r/bjj/comments/11o9bw/has_anyone_dealt_with_a_popped_rib/ . Anyone have any recommendations? 3 to 4 weeks off of BJJ is.... something i don't want to do. Ever since I read about the origins of chiropractic methods I have been scared away but if anyone has a glowing recommendation to one, that would be cool.

My husband just began taking classes, but his excitement is truly inspiring! Despite some sore he became very dedicated. Classes do help a lot! Especially, as he says, it’s necessary to everyone to leave our comfort zone for at least an hour a week.
For better appreciation, for not taking certain things for granted as we all got used to most of the times...
My husband started saying that self confidence will definitely stop the road rage and any violence for sure!
So, I suggest more people should sign up with Level Up Jiu Jitsu in Studio City!!!

This is a difficult time we have entered and we would like to thank all of the students who have decided to support the academy and the people who work here, who have committed their lives to teaching and encouraging children and adults through Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and martial arts. When we first opened the Studio City school just over two years ago we had never imagined a situation like this. We are now forever indebted to those of you who have decided to stick with us through this difficult time and to keep your membership active. This literally helps to support the Level Up ecosystem which employs, helps and cares about so many people that are touched by your support literally throughout the world.
