Months spent getting after it in the gym together and now facing off under the Friday Night Lights!

Can’t speak highly enough of these guys for not only the athletes they are, but the leaders, and people you are becoming. Very proud of you both!

Going to be a fun rest of the year watching you do what you love!

We would like to shoutout Colbie Lequesne for not only being an absolute DAWG in the gym, but also committing to the University of Iowa to continue her softball career at the Division 1 level!

Some athletes separate themselves by talent. Others separate themselves by the way they approach the work.

Colbie brings that approach every time she walks through the doors. She competes, she works, and she’s never afraid to be challenged. The goal is always the same, leave better than she came in.

Now, she gets to take that mindset to the next level.

We’re excited to watch everything you accomplish in the next chapter. The best is still ahead!

Keep stacking days Colbie!

Never forget. 🇺🇸

Today, we honor the lives lost, the heroes who ran toward danger, and the strength of a nation that stood together.

What is the importance behind training in-season?

In-season training is just as important as offseason training. The goal isn’t necessarily to get bigger or stronger, but to maintain the strength, speed, power, and durability athletes built during the offseason.

When athletes stop lifting during the season, they can gradually lose strength and explosiveness, which can affect how they perform and increase their risk of injury. Consistent in-season training helps athletes stay strong, powerful, and confident while handling the demands of practices and games.

The goal isn’t to leave the weight room exhausted, it’s to leave better prepared to perform. When training is programmed correctly, athletes can stay fresh and healthy throughout the entire season.

We would like everyone to meet Emmett!

Emmett is the kind of athlete who brings a different level of dedication to the weight room every single week. He consistently shows up ready to work, pushes himself through every workout, and is always looking for ways to become stronger, faster, and better than the competition.

What makes Emmett stand out is that his work ethic doesn’t just benefit him, it pushes everyone around him. He’s constantly challenging athletes in the gym to show up, work harder, and go heavier when they know they have more in the tank. He understands that getting better isn’t always comfortable, and he’s willing to embrace the grind.

We are extremely proud of Emmett and the work he has put in. His commitment, competitiveness, and desire to improve are going to make a huge impact on the court.

We can’t wait to see him kill it at Prairie this basketball season! Keep grinding, Emmett! 💪🏼

 The game rewards the grind.
