Hi Race for the Refuge runners! Over the next week we'll be sharing information that will help you on race day...

Today's tip is that there will be a pop up canopy with a table and you can use that area to stash your drop bags and water bottles. It is just steps from the finish line so you'll have quick access to your gear every lap.

As we get closer to race day we want to give a quick reminder that while the colors for the Highland City Striders are red and black, we are green for this race....what this means to you is that we ask you and your crew to bring your own water bottle or cup.

We'll have water, gatorade, coke and gingerale on hand for you at both aid stations. Thank you for your help in keeping us green and see you all in just a few weeks!

26 days until race day! Here, at race head quarters we are deep in the planning process to keep your race well fueled. These are just some of the things we know we'll have this year at the main aid station from 11am on. What food do you want to see?
