A quick reminder that tonight we’re meeting at Plaza Azteca at 6 PM and heading to Lake Meade Park for our run/walk!

🌱 NBS is hosting Plant Bingo tonight, so we’re giving both events room to thrive!

🌉 Sunday Funday: Jordan Bridge! 👟

Ready to rise to the occasion? Join NBS Express for a Jordan Bridge Sunday Funday Run! 💪

📍 Where: Elizabeth River Park (Chesapeake side of the bridge)
⏰ When: Sunday, Oct. 11 at 7:30 AM
👟 The challenge: 3 miles = conquering the uphill 2 times! Yep, those ups are part of the fun. 😅

🥯 Post-run social: Meet us at Yorgo’s Bageldashery at 9 AM to refuel and swap stories about those bridge climbs!

Come for the challenge, stay for the bagels and the best crew around. Bring a friend and let's make a morning of it!

🚂 MONDAY MEETUP LOCATION CHANGE!

We’re taking the Express on a little detour this Monday, October 12! 📍

We’ll meet at Plaza Azteca at our regular time of 6 PM before heading out for a run/walk around Lake Meade Park. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Nansemond Brewing Station is hosting Plant Bingo that evening 🌱🎉, so we’re giving their event a little extra room to grow while we enjoy a change of scenery!

This is a one-time location change — we’ll be back at our home base the following Monday.

Time to race, cheer, and represent NBS Express! 🏃‍♀️🦀

🍂 10/24 – Fall Distance Series: Fort Monroe
Get your miles in with a flex start, then meet the crew at Oozlefinch at noon for a post-run picnic. Bring your lunch and hang with us!

🎃 10/26 – Spooky Scavenger Hunt
Costumes encouraged. Downtown is our playground. Grab your crew and get ready to hunt for a hauntingly good time! 👻

This week we're meeting up with the Wharf Hill Chuggers at 10:45 am for their Sunday club meetup.
If you got some miles to get in, leave yourself around 3-4 miles to finish with the Chuggers!
We'll explore Smithfield and Windsor Castle Park, then meet back at the brewery for a post run social.
