💙❤️ In Loving Memory ❤️💙

SYAA has lost a beloved umpire, and our hearts are heavy.

He didn’t just love the game of baseball and softball — he loved the kids who played it. He had a passion for teaching, encouraging, and helping our young athletes learn and grow both on and off the field.

He was a familiar and valued face at SYAA, and his impact reached far beyond the games he officiated. The lessons he taught, the encouragement he gave, and the love he had for the game will not be forgotten.

Our deepest condolences go out to his family, friends, and everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.

Thank you for giving your time, your knowledge, and your heart to our kids.

You will be deeply missed by the entire SYAA family. ⚾🥎❤️💙

What a way to kick off another season at SYAA! Opening Day was full of excitement, great games, and plenty of hungry ballpark fans! 🙌

We want to clear up some rumors that have been circulating.
The rumors going around are NOT true. SYAA has secured and properly addressed all work zones throughout the complex to help ensure the safety of our players, families, coaches, and visitors.
As with any construction or improvement project, there may be areas with loose dirt, piping, cones, or other materials. Please continue to use caution and follow any posted signs or barriers.
We appreciate everyone's patience and cooperation as we continue making improvements to our fields and facilities. ❤️⚾🥎

Today, we pause as a SYAA family and community to remember the lives forever changed on September 11, 2001.
We remember the 2,977 innocent lives lost, the families who continue to carry their memory, and the brave first responders and ordinary citizens who showed extraordinary courage.
We remember the firefighters, police officers, EMTs, military members, and countless others who ran toward danger to help others.
❤️ We remember. We honor. We will never forget.
May we continue to teach our children the importance of courage, kindness, unity, and looking out for one another.

💡⚾️ BIG THINGS ARE HAPPENING AT SYAA! ⚾️💡

We’re excited to share that trench work has officially begun for Phase 1 of our 3-phase field lighting upgrade! 🙌

This is an exciting project that has been years in the making and will continue to take shape over the next several years. We’re proud to be investing in improvements that will make SYAA even better for our players, families, and community! ❤️🤍💙

🚧 SAFETY REMINDER:
As construction gets underway, please be mindful of loose dirt, trenches, piping, cones, equipment, and other construction materials around the fields. Please keep children away from construction areas and use extra caution when walking through the complex.
