We are excited to introduce our pitchers to Rapsodo this Fall!

Our goal is to help every arm understand how and why their pitches move and how to make them even better.

Each pitcher will begin with an Initial Baseline Bullpen to collect data and build a plan with goals! The measurable goals will be set using our Pitch Design Guide. We will focus on three primary areas for every pitch:

⚾️Spin Efficiency
⚾️Spin Direction
⚾️Gyro Degree

When pitchers understand what creates movement, they can design better pitches, improve command, and maximize their potential.

All pitchers competing in the Fall World Series will complete an initial baseline bullpen. Weekly Rapsodo Sessions also available with lessons this Fall

Congratulations to Ozzie Guillen on having his #13 jersey retired by the Chicago White Sox today!

We’ll always be proud that Ozzie was part of the Phantoms family, coaching our 17U team alongside his son Oney back in 2013.
