But God, in His wisdom, gave us a powerful remedy, LAUGHTER! Laughter is more than just a reaction; it’s a release! It loosens the grip of stress, lifts the heaviness of sorrow, and reminds us that our situation is not greater than our God. Laughter doesn’t mean you’re ignoring reality, it means you’re refusing to let reality crush your spirit. This morning, give yourself permission to laugh again. Find joy in the little things. Reflect on God’s Faithfulness. Surround yourself with people and moments that lift your spirit. And remember: a joyful heart is not just good for your emotions, it strengthens your soul.
