Buongiorno!! from the Laguna Madre (since I’m basically Italian now)! ☺️😅🤭 (and yes I’m feeling a tiny bit pleased with my photography / iPhone skills on this morning)… “Fresh daily catch” and good wine for dinner helps me to keep up the effort to eat like my Italian Friends (but how I miss the pasta and the pastries and the near-daily gelato too)!! 🐟🍷😘

Not enough words to describe the sights, sounds, and magic of Rome with my Besties… I’ve been so tired every night that I fall asleep dropping my phone on my face when trying to share pics! 🤣🥰

Just to say Hi, and that I’ll be back in the studio Monday, after now completing my Sickie Trifecta - this year I have had Flu in March, Pneumonia in July, and just finishing Covid. Soooooo… what have YOU been up to? 😆🙄 One cool thing - as of 9/1/25 I completed a one year commitment to practicing yoga daily - even when I was sick or traveling, etc. (and even if only for five minutes, but almost always longer)! My next (and most incredibly C👀L) adventure is upcoming in October: A cycling tour in Italy, in the southern region of Puglia/Basilicata with my two longest and best Besties! Some favorite moments from my early birthday celebration in Austin with my Newlyweds, who made me feel so special! And today - the real day of my “Birf” - I am so thankful for another healthy and happy birthday, and some time off starting later today! Thank you to Everyone whom I have had the joy of interacting with and hugging this year! Q Time with my Honey B and my Hannah G coming right up!

First Heavenly Birthday for my brother Brian - he would have turned 65 years old today. Thinking of him and remembering the good times, and his rock-n-roll world! We recently took my parents’ ashes back to their PA roots, and brought a piece of Brian with us - one of his famous puffy shirts, still adorned with the butterfly pin from our mom’s memorial service.
