We’re excited to introduce Coach Josh! You’ve already seen him in action at our studio but it’s time we give him an official shout out!!

💥 Meet Coach Josh 💥

Where did you grow up?
I grew up in South Texas. Harlingen.

What is your athletic background?
Played football for most of my life.

What do you want to achieve as a trainer at F45?
I want to be able to help at least one person each day feel like they are better than when they stepped in the door.

Something no one knows about you?
I used to be an offensive tackle. BIG BOI!

What do you enjoy doing outside of the studio?
I enjoy running and training, or playing with my son!

Any family info you’d like to share (spouse, children, pets, etc)?
My wife Paige, son Maddox, and our 5 corgis, 1 husky.

Anything else you'd like me to share?
I enjoy coffee ( just plain black), and SNACKS.

We’ll start at the studio with some refreshments and vendors High Water Hats 🪩✨💖 and JBloom and work our way down the strip to our amazing neighbors J Shanell Boutique and Cristobal!

Brennen is heading into an exciting new chapter as a firefighter, serving our community in a whole new way. 👨‍🚒
