As of yesterday, the has come full circle. Congrats to Sylvia for completing Ironman Arizona! It's been a long journey and you overcame so many mental and physical challenges along the way. We're so proud of you for your strength and perseverance. Can't wait to celebrate with you when you come home from AZ. We love you!

This journey has blessed us with amazing friendships and unforgettable memories. Last night we celebrated Julia's last bash! Looking forward to IMTX & celebrating her big day on the same weekend!

If you're not busy on May 17th please come out to the Woodlands and cheer on our ladies!!! This will be sweet Julia's 2nd time conquering IMTX, along with Mama Vi's, and Zen Mama Sam's first IM. We are ecstatic for them! They will be conquering 140.6 with beauty and grace and will become Ironwomen!

Everyone, say hello to Samantha! She just conquered Galveston 70.3 like a beast and is on the road to IMTX! She is our team zen master and always sees a silver lining to every cloud. She is the best! Love her to pieces!!! Ready to cheer you on in May Sam!!!!
