💛 for Snowdrop Foundation

10/01/2026

Well you could say this snowballed!

Or should that be “snowdropped”? ❄️

One of our guys had the idea that during the month of September for Childhood Cancer Awareness, he would pledge a dollar amount for every mile ran or walked at one of our locations that would be totaled and donated to Snowdrop Foundation.

Well the idea caught on and another one of the guys matched those dollars.

Then another.

And another.

Guys showed up to take part.

Then a few more.

And they kept on showing up.

So by the end of the month -

4️⃣1️⃣ people took part

Culminating in 5️⃣7️⃣7️⃣ total miles

Raising $5️⃣4️⃣0️⃣0️⃣

Well done Mark - thank you for your generosity, and what it prompted from the others.

A wonderful gesture for a wonderful organization 💛💛💛

No dues.
No contracts.
No membership fees.
No facilities.
No one standing at the door asking for a credit card.
No cancellation policies.

F3 is forever free. For ALL men. Period.

However, a hero of ours famously stated, “It costs a lot of money to look this cheap.” We miss that kid. Anyway around F3, we'd put it a bit differently: It took a lot of generosity to get F3 where it is today.

Every man was given F3. Many from another man. Many from a wife seeing a facebook post. Many from a podcast. Many from the first time he held his newborn. Selfishly, we ALL took that gift. And every one of us is better for it. And so forever grateful.

Now it’s our opportunity to give it away. Give locally. Give nationally. Give your time. Give your leadership. Give what you can, if you can. Whether you see the value in strengthening your local region or connecting and growing this worldwide movement, the point is the same:

ACCELERATE. Because free doesn’t mean we don’t give. Free means somebody gave it to us and we get to give it to the next man.

An opportunity to help continue giving F3 away begins Thursday.

This past week F3 in Sugar Land had a little bit of everything!

From those showing up for the first time, to those stepping into the center of the group to lead their first workout.

Oh, and just the small matter of one of the guys celebrating 10 YEARS of F3 workouts!!
