I HAVE EXCITING NEWS! At Three Keys Yoga we are about to introduce SEVEN new yoga instructors into the world, but we cannot do it without you!!!!! We need YOGA BODIES and LOVERS to come be their guinea pigs. They are ready to show you what they've got for their FINAL COMMUNITY TEACH before their GRADUATION! Please please please mark your calendars and keep your days open on July 11th and July 12th. EVERYTHING IS FREE, so bring your friends!!! AND GUESS WHAT?? One of the classes will be ALL IN SPANISH!!!!

Big shout out to Baker's BBQ of Summerville. I stopped by last night on the way to deliver food to Keys of Change men's home because I needed some baked beans to complete their meals. Baker's delivered on the baked beans but also DONATED an entire pan of cole slaw and okra on the spot. Thanks to a great local establishment stepping up to help others!
