Drill after drill after drill today! 🔥 We worked to perfect it, speed it up, and hit the target every single time!

Our yellow uniforms brought the LOUDNESS 📣, CONSISTENCY 💪, TEAMWORK 🤝, and DETERMINATION 🔥 needed to keep pushing and improving!

Today was the perfect relax, unwind & have FUN kind of Friday at Gabel Martial Arts! ❤️

We kicked things off with some fun games, grabbed the popcorn 🍿 and relaxed with Charlotte’s Web 🎬, then wrapped up the afternoon with centers, dancing, laughs, and lots of smiles! 💃🕺

Our Advanced Class absolutely CRUSHED it today! 🥋💪 No matter what line drill we threw at them, they brought the determination, pushed through, and gave it EVERYTHING they had!

By the end, they were sweaty, exhausted, and definitely begging for water 😂💦 — exactly how you finish SWEAT WEEK!

🤝 TEAMWORK THURSDAY! 🤝

My favorite day of the week! ❤️ Our after-schoolers absolutely CRUSHED every teamwork challenge today! They faced a few obstacles along the way, but they worked together, encouraged one another, and figured it out as a TEAM! 💪👏

Then we headed to the classroom and built our own silly, creative, AMAZING houses! 🏠😂 Nothing but laughs, cheers, creativity, and TEAMWORK!
