Second pregnancy vs. first… and wow, it’s been a different experience šŸ¤

1. Pelvic floor soreness has definitely been more noticeable this time—especially after long walks or single-leg movements. I’ve had to really focus on shorter ranges of motion and slowly building back up.
2. One thing I didn’t expect? That ā€œemptyā€ feeling in my core postpartum was almost nonexistent this time. With my first, I felt it for so long… but staying consistent with core work during pregnancy made such a huge difference in how strong everything feels now.
3. Finding the time and energy? A whole new challenge. Life looks a little different now than it did as a 25-year-old stay-at-home mom šŸ˜…
4. And if I’m being honest… I’m learning patience. My body bounced back quickly the first time, and this time it’s taking a little longer to feel like me again. And that’s okay.

Every pregnancy, every postpartum journey is different—but one thing I know for sure is that taking care of your body during and after makes all the difference.
