Gratitude is the best way to change your brain in a short amount of time!
Mental gym time: grab a notebook, every morning write down 3 things you’re grateful for (even if it’s that you’re drinking your coffee while it’s hot) and again before bed- 3 things you’re grateful for
Our mental strength is much like our physical strength- we have to use it to keep it, and train it to grow, we have to be mindful of what we feed it, & where it hangs out
You’d be surprised how much you change physically once you begin to change mentally

That’s the REAL goal- Self Control. Not letting life toss you around.
But how? Seems like a tall order, doesn’t it?
But maybe if we learn to pause, reflect rather than react, and letting go instead of holding grudges..
