11am Ladies choice (sub for Josie).
Thursday:

530pm Ignite 20, Sum. Crunch.
6pm Absolution, Sum. Crunch
7pm Dance mash up, Ladies Choice.
Friday:
8am Aqua Zumba, Downtown Y.
9am Zumba, Downtown Y (sub for josie)
