The Cycle Studio is officially cleared for classes again!

After making it work wherever they could find room, our cycle participants and instructors can finally get back to their home base.

We’re kicking off the new Parents Night Out lineup with Swimming Back Into Parents Night Out! 🏊‍♀️💦

Kids will enjoy swim time at the Y, dinner, an aquatics-themed craft and an on-theme movie to wrap up the night. Sounds like a pretty great Friday night to us! 💙

🎣🏹 Aim, Cast & Connect at Camp Mac!

In honor of National Hunting and Fishing Day, we’re bringing back the 2nd Annual Camp Mac Fishing Day on Saturday, September 26!

Bring the family to Camp Mac Boykin for a fun-filled day of fishing, archery, outdoor education, and connection. 🌲

🎣 Fishing Tournament | Ages 6–16
Participants can compete in two age categories, with prizes awarded for Most Fish and Largest Fish! Never fished before? No worries! Fishing instruction will be available, including line tying, baiting hooks, and safe fish removal.

🏹 Archery Instruction
New to archery? Beginner instruction will be available, including important archery safety skills. Those with archery experience can participate in supervised archery activities.

🍔 Lunch will be provided, or you’re welcome to bring your own.
🍧 Kona Ice will be on-site and available for purchase!
🦺 Life vests will be available for use.

We honor the lives lost, the first responders and heroes who served, and the countless acts of courage, compassion, and unity that followed.

We had a great time with Good Morning, Sumter this morning! 🎙️💙

Our Aquatics team stopped by to talk about all the things happening in and around the pool, from swim lessons and swim team to the many ways you can make a splash at the Y! 🏊‍♀️

And of course, we couldn’t let the opportunity pass without sharing a few other things happening around the Y, including Camp Mac Fishing Day coming up, as well as Parents Night Out, and Paint & Sip happening on September 18! 🎨🎣✨

Welcoming Week starts tomorrow! 🌎💙

From September 10–19, we’re celebrating the people, experiences, and connections that make our community stronger.

As your Y, we’re always looking for ways to create opportunities for people to connect, build relationships, and feel a sense of belonging. This week, we’re inviting our community to help us do just that.

One way we’re participating is through an interactive map where you can share a place that means something to you. It could be where you grew up, where you call home, somewhere your family is connected to, or simply a place that has shaped your story.
