Hydration is a crucial part of maintaining human health and wellbeing. As the human body is composed of about 60% to 70% water, it is crucial to keep it hydrated to ensure the proper functioning of all bodily systems. Water is responsible for many important functions in the body, including controlling fluid balance, regulating body temperature, transporting nutrients, supporting digestion, and eliminating toxic waste.
In addition, hydration is particularly important during physical activity as the body loses fluids through sweating and breathing. I’m the picture is Eric Pavlov, our talented attacker in his water break during practice preventing Dehydration, which can occur quickly during intense physical activity and can lead to a range of complications, including headaches, weakness, dizziness, fatigue, and reduced performance. This is particularly relevant for athletes and other individuals who physically exert themselves, as dehydration can be detrimental to fluid balance and negatively affect performance and recovery.
