Elizabeth: She said pilates helps her stay healthy and strong. It also benefited her during her pregnancies. It helps her clear her mind and focus better. She said she lives near here and it is convenient for her and it changed her life by staying dedicated towards it. She said she loves the studio and the owners a lot and is happy to be a founding member!
