We initially started with a farm, cultivating a variety of chile peppers which eventually led to the annual chile pepper festival. We became widely known for our gourmet salsas and pickled vegetables, and quickly expanded to catering, using our unique flavors including our signature Guerra's seasoning. Happy Thanksgiving!
Back in August, Lino had surgery on his right hip for a new replacement. Two weeks later dad wrote this note on the first photo about his recovery, and we joked with the doctor that dad has Red Habanero running through his veins to help with all the pain! Leading up to surgery habanero and all chile peppers were unrestricted for him to eat.
These are photos from this past month of us harvesting our chile peppers with dad and mom helping out. Dad is a little over 10 week post operation. They both were eager to get back out to help in the field finally enjoying these warm November days.
They haven’t been to the markets because Lino is still recovering with help from Hilda and Family.
All online orders dad is taking care of writing you a note for each order while home recovering and he loves seeing every online order keeping him busy!
