The fun thing about gymnastics is that it doesn’t have to end in your teen years! Competitive/Club Gymnastics can still continue after high school and as an adult 🫶🏽 Two of our former/seasonal coaches are heading to Alabama to compete at NAIGC Nationals and would love some help getting there! ✨

We are OFFICIALLY in our 3rd week of the School Year Session and we are already having the BEST time with all of you 👏🏼👏🏼

Want to know a secret.. or maybe a not-so-secret to some of you? 🤫..

Well… every week we focus on different body positions/forms to really dig into teaching our students the fundamentals of gymnastics that are necessary and important to properly executing a variety of skills within our sport .. **fundamentals and understanding = success 🙂‍↕️**
