🐠 Part 2: Club Photo & Video Dive

⦁ The Details: A relaxed, slow-paced dive built entirely for shooting. Enjoy tons of bottom time in the stunning kelp forest. All camera systems are welcome, from waterproof phone cases to full rigs!

July is Shark Month at PSD (in honor of Shark Week, 7/6–7/13)! To celebrate, we’re exploring how shifting ocean temperatures might be changing where these iconic apex predators call home.

Join us for an eye-opening presentation by Anthony McGinnis Jr., a researcher from Moss Landing Marine Laboratories. He’ll be breaking down his latest findings on how a warming ocean is driving juvenile white sharks toward emerging nursery zones right here in Monterey Bay. Using drone footage, acoustic telemetry, and environmental data, Anthony will share a fascinating look into the future of our local waters.
