Every morning the sun has to fight with the dark to gloom around the sky like after hardship there comes success.💯

I want to say there are moments in life that, at points in our life things slow us down or put everything on pause..whether it be an injury, or things not going well on the job & cant perform at 💯 %, or even a taken life of a loved one..Already we have lost some many awesome people out there!🙏🏽

These events usually make us stop..& reflect on the ultimate questions in life.. like,who am I after this??Where do I go from this point on??How should I move on?? Sometimes we should realize these things at these moments and take a step back of what life is all about after this..and hopefully reflecting and being TRUTHFULL & RESPECTFULL & Loving to yourself will heal your wounds and answer all these questions for yourself and without the opinion of others, that may steer you in the wrong direction of your own TRUTH to yourself with life after these events!

We only have one life after these events..So now we just have to step back for now and reflect,forgive & be kind to yourself & comeback STRONGER!!💯

I just wanted to hop on the IG and share this Journey with you all..These past months I’ve been dealing with a Torn Acl,torn miniscus and healing MCL sprain & going in for Surgery tommorow.

Injuries been going on lately,including a torn rotator cuff from a freak accident with a Garbage truck who backed right into me and ran up my car.So grateful to still be on this earth.So at this moment ive had my high and lows these past years from torn to not doing these I truly love(lifting) at 100% and truly mentally trying to stay tough and positive.

So why does this happen to me if ive worked so hard trying to be fit?who is it to blame?Am I just being careless?Am I not training my body hard enough?Is it age catching up to me?Maybe im just feeling sorry for myself or just plain in denile..It can be a piece of everything…

Well I have something to say..”My name is Jeg!”I understand there are some weakest moments in our life and things don’t always go the way you want it to be..I will say this though, my mind is always in control and my thoughts are the only thing that will create my setbacks or keep pushing forward..

Health is never promised unfortunately..But setbacks are only temporary.So I can cuss the world and and complain about what just happened..I rather choose the strong mind in believing you get unlucky sometimes but good luck happen as well as long as you keep playing the cards right!

I will work my best from the bottom up again, and thankfully I have the best support system from my fambam,friends and especially my great clients i’ve built thru the years..I am not going anywhere but UP ⬆️!I believe in myself to healing & positive vibes thru the way of this journey!I also forgive my body(my temple) but I am totally capable of working hard and getting thru this temporary obstacle and able to do things I love again!👊🏽

I hope who also is going thru a hard time..Please be good to yourself and stay patient and always know its oly temporary.Also Thank you 🙏🏽 already to all those who reached out to wish my luck on surgery tommorow, and I always appreciate the support thru recovery!!💯👊🏽
